I’m Lisa Quinn, owner, designer, and creator at Sagely Sparrow. I’m a mother of two adorable littles, William and Evelyn, and a wife to a pretty spectacular husband, J.P. I converted to Catholicism in 2014, with the help of J.P., who was my sponsor. I’ve been making and selling my jewelry since 2011 but during and after my conversion, I began making more and more Catholic-centered items. In 2016, Sagely Sparrow was born as a way for me to focus on faith-based jewelry and gifts. The name Sagely Sparrow is inspired by my favorite Bible verses, from Matthew 10, “Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” During my conversion, I found inspiration in the lives of the Saints. Now, these Saints play a central role in Sagely Sparrow. My Saint medal jewelry is intended to tell a part of a Saint’s story and are popular with my customers as gifts for Confirmation, First Communion, and many other life events. I’m constantly working to grow my business and the products I offer and seek to continue to keep the Catholic faith, and the Saints in particular, at the center of Sagely Sparrow.
