Della Redaja

Inspired by the canonization of Saint Teresa of Calcutta along with a seed planted in my heart as a child by my Mom, Della Madonna Rosaries was established. As a child my mom ran the church gift shop and coordinate a drive to make mission beads to be sent overseas. She had my siblings and I making them by the bag full. That’s when grocery bags were the big brown paper bags! Fast forward to the year leading up Mother Teresa’s canonization. It was a stressful time for me and I was excited that someone so special who lived during our lifetime was being so honored. I wanted to create rosary in her honor for myself. Never did I anticipate the blessings this would bring in my life. It took work stress markedly down each night to do this hand work, and it still does. Now I love researching antique designs as well as the lives of saints, and stories from the bible to incorporate them into my designs. As a bonus, some of my customers inspire me to bring to life their visions as well. What could be better!
